International experience as fellow from WHO, NSW institute of psychiatry Sydney, Australia. In the field of schizophrenia, alcohol and other drug de-addiction. Executive Member of the Delhi Psychiatrist Society & was an active member of the Monitoring Committee as a Psychiatrist; to review Mental Health Units at Children/ Juvenile Homes.
Extensive experience and knowledge of assessment, diagnosis & various treatment modalities/therapies of psychiatric disorders across different age groups. Schizophrenia, Depression and also interested in Culture Bound Syndromes. Have conducted Special clinics & Care Giver programs for Alzheimer’s, OCD. Managed psychosexual clinics, and did CBT (cognitive behavior therapy).
